SD ARSINOE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT LTD (ARSINOE) is a specialized organization in vocational education, digital learning, capacity building, and workforce development. The organization is actively engaged in European-funded projects aimed at modernizing vocational education systems, increasing employability, and fostering collaboration between educational institutions and labor market actors. ARSINOE has a strong track record in digital education, competency-based learning, and inclusive vocational training. Its work focuses on:

 Partner Role

ARSINOE takes on a leading role in digital learning integration, competency-based curriculum development, and capacity building for VET educators. The organization ensures that DigiGreenVET’s training methodologies, digital tools, and educational frameworks align with European VET standards.

Leads Work Package 4 (Digital Learning Platform for Training & Skills Recognition) 

• Designs and develops the DigiGreenVET digital learning platform, integrating AI-powered interactive learning features.
• Implements blockchain-based certification for skills recognition, ensuring that students receive secure, verifiable, and EU-recognized credentials.
• Supports the integration of gamified learning, adaptive learning pathways, and progress tracking features to personalize student experiences.

Supports Work Package 3 (Development of VET Training Modules)

• Co-develops competency-based training curricula tailored to the digital and green economy.
• Ensures that training programs include soft skills development, digital skills training, and work-based learning (WBL) methodologies.

 Contributes to Capacity Building for VET Educators

• Provides structured training workshops and digital toolkits for VET teachers and trainers.
• Enhances educators’ capacity to deliver modernized, digitally integrated curricula.
• Develops online resources and self-learning materials, ensuring that educators remain updated on emerging vocational training trends.

 Plays a Key Role in Pilot Testing & Evaluation

• Supports the deployment of digital training modules and work-based learning models in Albanian VET institutions.
• Conducts evaluation and refinement of training materials based on student and teacher feedback.
• Ensures the scalability and replicability of the project’s digital education models across VET systems in Albania.
