Objectives

Objectives
- Conduct a comprehensive labor market needs assessment to identify critical skill gaps in green and digital sectors.
- Develop a Competency Framework that aligns VET curricula with ESCO, EQF, and national qualification standards.
- Strengthen public-private partnerships by establishing VET-Business Advisory Committees and signing at least 15 MoUs with industry partners.
- Promote collaborative curriculum development by engaging employers, policymakers, and VET institutions in shaping training content.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange and best practices between VET institutions and employers to enhance the employability of VET graduates.

Work Package 3- Development of VET Training Modules

Objectives
- Develop six modular training programs (three green skills and three digital skills) based on competency-based learning and industry needs.
- Integrate Work-Based Learning (WBL) methodologies, including internships, real-world projects, and mentoring opportunities with industry partners.
- Implement a Train-the-Trainer (ToT) program to enhance the teaching capacity of at least 20 VET educators in delivering green and digital skills training.
- Convert all training materials into Open Educational Resources (OERs) to ensure long-term accessibility and scalability.
- Conduct pilot testing with at least 100 learners, refine training modules based on feedback, and publish a Training Effectiveness Evaluation Report.

- Implement a blockchain-secured digital certification system aligned with Europass and EQF frameworks to ensure recognized and verifiable skills validation.
- Conduct pilot testing with 100 learners and 20 VET trainers, optimize the platform based on feedback, and finalize its full-scale launch.

- Ensure the long-term sustainability and replication of project outputs by developing a Sustainability and Replication Plan outlining strategies for institutional adoption.
- Engage policymakers and education ministries to facilitate the integration of project results into national and EU-level VET curricula.
Publish a Policy Recommendations and Best Practices Report, providing strategic guidance for scaling the adoption of green and digital skills training.
