Partner Role

As the Project Coordinator, Universal Education S.A. plays a central role in the strategic direction, financial and administrative management, and execution of DigiGreenVET. The institution ensures that the project meets Erasmus+ quality standards, delivers impactful results, and fosters sustainable knowledge transfer between EU and Albanian VET institutions.

  • Leads Work Package 1 (Project Management, Coordination, and Quality Assurance)
  • Oversees day-to-day project execution, ensuring timely implementation and risk mitigation.
  • Maintains compliance with EU regulations and financial guidelines.
  • Coordinates monitoring and evaluation activities to assess project progress.
  • Drives the Development of VET Training Modules (Work Package 3)
  • Designs curricula for digital and green skills, integrating modern pedagogical methods.
  • Develops a Train-the-Trainer (ToT) program, equipping VET educators with cutting-edge teaching approaches.
  • Supports the integration of work-based learning (WBL) in vocational education, ensuring practical training opportunities for learners.
  • Facilitates Knowledge Transfer from EU to Albanian VET Institutions
  • Provides technical support and mentorship to Albanian partners, ensuring alignment with European vocational training standards.
  • Organizes joint training workshops, study visits, and capacity-building initiatives. Establishes mechanisms for sustainable skill certification and recognition across Europe.

Contributes to the Digital Learning Platform & Certification System (Work Package 4)

  • Supports the design and implementation of an AI-powered digital learning platform.
  • Collaborates on blockchain-based credentialing systems, ensuring secure and transparent skills certification.
