The European University of Tirana (UET) is a leading higher education institution and VET provider in Albania, committed to high-quality teaching, research, and vocational training. UET has established the Labour Market Boards, which consist of highly qualified professionals from government, business, civil society, and academia. Leads Work Package 5 (Dissemination, Communication, and Sustainability)

• Develops a comprehensive Dissemination and Communication Strategy, ensuring the project’s visibility and engagement with key stakeholders.
• Organizes regional and international dissemination events, promoting cross-sector collaboration.
• Manages project branding, website, and social media presence to maximize outreach.

Supports the Development of VET Training Modules (Work Package 3)

• Ensures that the training curricula and digital tools developed align with Albanian and European VET standards.
• Engages VET trainers and industry representatives in curriculum validation.

Leads Policy & Sustainability Efforts

• Produces policy recommendations and best practice reports, supporting the integration of digital and green skills in VET education.

Develops a Sustainability and Replication Plan, ensuring long-term impact beyond Erasmus+ funding
