Tirana Business University (TBU) is a higher education institution in Albania, specializing in business, technology, and entrepreneurship. The institution leads efforts to strengthen the VET system’s engagement with industry stakeholders, ensuring that DigiGreenVET’s training programs are relevant, impactful, and employment-driven.

Leads Work Package 2 (Strengthening VET Institutions and Public-Private Cooperation)

  • Conducts a Labor Market Needs Assessment to identify skills gaps in digital and green industries.
  • Develops a Skills Development Framework, ensuring that VET programs reflect emerging workforce demands.
  • Establishes long-term public-private partnerships, fostering strong collaboration between VET institutions and industry stakeholders.

Supports the Development of Work-Based Learning (WBL) Models

  • Integrates apprenticeships, internships, and hands-on training into the project’s vocational programs.
  • Ensures that training modules include real-world case studies, employer-led sessions, and industry-recognized certifications.

Contributes to Project Dissemination & Sustainability

  • Facilitates stakeholder engagement with businesses, policymakers, and vocational educators.
  • Strengthens the adoption of project methodologies in Albania’s workforce development policies.
