Universal Education S.A., established in 2000, is a leading vocational education and training (VET) provider with over 25 years of experience in lifelong learning and skills development. With facilities in Athens and Thessaloniki, it has trained over 50,000 learners in a wide range of disciplines, including economy and management, ICT, digital and green skills, tourism, health sciences, pedagogy, environment, and technical professions. Universal Education operates state-of-the-art training facilities, having invested over \u20ac1 million in infrastructure and equipment to create realistic, work-based learning environments.<\/p>

The institution is actively engaged in European and international partnerships, collaborating with organizations such as ITEC, Pearson Edexcel, SQA, and ACTA, ensuring that its programs align with global vocational training standards. It is recognized as a Level 2 National Centre for Vocational Training (K.D.V.M.2) by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) and is among the top private choices for VET education in Greece.<\/p>

The institution is renowned for pioneering learning methodologies, work-based learning (WBL) assignments, and strong connections with labor market stakeholders. Universal Education has significant expertise in ESF-funded training programs, national workforce development projects, and transnational EU-funded initiatives. It has a strong background in tailor-made training programs for disadvantaged groups, including migrants, Roma communities, low-income families, ex-prisoners, and single-parent households, facilitating their (re)integration into the labor market. Partner Role<\/strong><\/p>

As the Project Coordinator, Universal Education S.A. plays a central role in the strategic direction, financial and administrative management, and execution of DigiGreenVET. The institution ensures that the project meets Erasmus+ quality standards, delivers impactful results, and fosters sustainable knowledge transfer between EU and Albanian VET institutions.<\/p>

  • Leads Work Package 1 (Project Management, Coordination, and Quality Assurance)<\/li>
  • Oversees day-to-day project execution, ensuring timely implementation and risk mitigation.<\/li>
  • Maintains compliance with EU regulations and financial guidelines.<\/li>
  • Coordinates monitoring and evaluation activities to assess project progress.<\/li>
  • Drives the Development of VET Training Modules (Work Package 3)<\/li>
  • Designs curricula for digital and green skills, integrating modern pedagogical methods.<\/li>
  • Develops a Train-the-Trainer (ToT) program, equipping VET educators with cutting-edge teaching approaches.<\/li>
  • Supports the integration of work-based learning (WBL) in vocational education, ensuring practical training opportunities for learners.<\/li>
  • Facilitates Knowledge Transfer from EU to Albanian VET Institutions<\/li>
  • Provides technical support and mentorship to Albanian partners, ensuring alignment with European vocational training standards.<\/li>
  • Organizes joint training workshops, study visits, and capacity-building initiatives. Establishes mechanisms for sustainable skill certification and recognition across Europe.<\/li><\/ul>
